Fourteen and Forward: 14 Years of Shared Success and Milestones at Macrologic

On May 20, the Macrologic family gathered at Vikings Mall of Asia for a monumental celebration under the inspiring banner of “Fourteen and Forward: Join Us for Our 14th Anniversary Celebration!” bringing together 99 enthusiastic employees, encompassing both the seasoned veterans who built the company’s foundation and the fresh, new faces shaping its future. 

The electric atmosphere kicked off with a powerful opening address from CEO Mr. Arman Menta, who reflected deeply on Macrologic’s humble beginnings, praised the collective resilience of the team, and set a visionary tone for the years ahead. This collective spirit immediately translated into high-energy corporate games that filled the venue with immense laughter, fostering deep camaraderie and bonding across various departments. 

A deeply moving highlight of the afternoon was the uniquely intimate “Kwentuhan” Segment, where pioneering employees were interviewed on stage to share personal stories of their professional journeys, the early challenges they overcame, and the evolutionary milestones that defined Macrologic’s corporate culture. 

The celebration of dedication continued as the company proudly honored its 10-Year Loyalty Awardees for a decade of unwavering excellence, followed by a poignant, bitter-sweet farewell tribute to retiring employee Ms. Clavel Antonio, whose years of hard work and legacy were celebrated with deep gratitude by the entire room. 

In perfect alignment with the 14-year milestone, a thrilling surprise draw saw 14 lucky employees walk away with special raffle prizes, adding an extra layer of joy and appreciation to the festivities. Finally, Marketing Manager Ms. Desiree Allado delivered the closing remarks, beautifully encapsulating the day’s overarching theme of looking back at our history with immense pride while confidently stepping forward into a bright, innovative future.
