In an annual business planning conducted by Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc. held in The Bayleaf Cavite, last January 31 to February1, 2020, the top management lays out a decade plan comprising various strategies and objectives to start in the year 2020 until the end of 2029. Attended by the Business Unit and Department Heads from the five branches, the 2-day yearly strategic planning sets the first ever long term business goal of the company.
Macrologic, with its incorporation in May 2012, is considered one of the fastest growing IT players in the IT industry with offices located in Cavite, Manila, Pampanga, Cebu, Bacolod and Iloilo. Its aggressive business approach banks on technical expertise and technology infrastructure that the company continues to invest on. In the first quarter of 2018, it has piloted the development of its own Data Center Facility for cloud services, pioneering the country for the said IT business model, known today as MIaaS Cloud.
Among the objectives that the company wishes to achieve for the current year is the implementation of the web based HRIS system and the new company website with more intuitive and interactive design. Likewise, it targets to further expand market presence regionally by establishing offices in Davao, Bicol, CDO and Subic until 2025. The Mandaluyong branch is also set to move to the City of Makati by then where the company has acquired its owned office area; the future Macrologic Business Centre as it expects to engage more with enterprise, multi-national and international level clients given the diversified strategies in place.
Highlighted in the event was the development of its land property in Amadeo, Cavite with the early plan to offer for lease the commercialized façade area and further establish various business facilities such as BPO offices and another Data Center for MIaaS Cloud. Macrologic envisions the site as future Macrologic Technology Center, the centerpiece of the launched decade business goal.
