 Location: Cavite

 Description:

• Should attend requested meetings for existing and potential customers to determine the technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.
• Work closely with senior solutions architects and TSD implementation teams to design effective and scalable technical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
• Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
• Apply knowledge on cloud computing, network infrastructure, software architecture, and relevant technologies to propose solutions.
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.
• Ability to demonstrate Backup, Network & Security, Server, Storage, and Virtualization products and technologies effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Able to understand business drivers and risks involved for the customer and MDTI technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Adhere to the Company’s quality and business processes in compliance with ISO standards.
• Understanding the business objectives of the customer and creating cloud-based solutions for the MIaaS Cloud to facilitate those objectives.
• Help move archaic systems of the customer into the MIaaS cloud for more efficiency – aka digital transformation.
• Keeping up to date on best practices in cloud computing and making improvements to the cloud infrastructure of the company or organization.
• Communicating with internal teams, like Sales, Marketing, and the Technical Services Department.
• Communicate with stakeholders and build applications to meet project needs.
• Making hardware and software recommendations for the organization, based on the needs of the project and organization.
• Maintain complete and comprehensive technical documentation.
  Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and employees.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
  Maintain and upgrade technical certifications relevant to the job description.
• Protects the privacy and integrity of the customer and MDTI corporate data.

 

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a relevant field.
• 2-4+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting datacenter infrastructure solutions.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated IT infrastructure solutions to management and other IT development partners.
  Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite and willing to travel to different branches or other locations if needed.
• With knowledge and experience of presenting products and solutions to a small to medium crowd.
  Having any Server, Storage, Networking, or Virtualization certification is a plus.
• Any Cloud certification, like AWS, is an advantage.
