• Maintain monthly sales achievement and achieve the assigned monthly sales quota. • Grow the company’s market presence and customer coverage. • Submit sales pipeline and call activity reports within the assigned reporting schedule requested by management, Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly. • Identify and develop at least 5 new account opportunities every month. • Create, manage, and maintain at least 25 active accounts every month. • Anticipates and plans for competitive threats. • Builds customer loyalty through maintaining business relationships and customer satisfaction. • Identify and maintain positive gross profit with a consistent selling approach and solution propositioning. • Identifies related business growth channels (lead generation, opportunity expansion, channel partnering). • Assist and help the accounting department with customer collections and maintain the AR as current. • Spend at least 60% of working time on client engagement meetings. • Continue improving product knowledge, positioning, and solution selling in line with MDTI’s total solution strategy. • Develop and maintain a C-level selling approach at all levels of the client organizational structure. • Observes and understands consistent work attendance and how it impacts business operations.
Qualifications:
At least a College Graduate
With at least 1 year of sales experience
With at least experience working in the IT Industry or any related fields. (IT, Banking, Healthcare, Educational, Pharmaceutical, Telco, Media, Commercial)
