Act as One: Charting the 2026 Roadmap at One Tagaytay Place

The cool breeze of Tagaytay served as the perfect backdrop for a transformative gathering of minds. From February 5-6, our department managers and supervisors converged at One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites for our Annual Business Planning session. Under the unifying theme, “Act as One,” the two-day summit was a powerful demonstration of synergy, strategic alignment, and the shared vision that will propel us through 2026.

The Architect and the Engine
The session opened with a high-energy keynote from our CEO, Boss Arman Menta. As the “Architect of our Future,” he laid out a bold Strategic Vision for 2026, emphasizing a long-term roadmap that prioritizes sustainable growth and organizational resilience.
Following the vision, CTO Mr. Raymund Catiis took the floor to discuss “The Engine behind the Evolution.” He detailed our technological infrastructure strategy, ensuring that our digital backbone is robust enough to support our scaling operations.

Strategic Market Dominance
Our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) provided a comprehensive look at our national footprint:
• Conquering the North: Mr. Louie Rivera mapped out market penetration strategies for Manila and North Luzon.
• Winning the South: Mr. Dennis Manlapig shared the impressive growth trajectory and recent wins in the South and Bicol regions.
• The Island Authority: Mr. Llowen Miraflor reported on our expanding footprint across the Visayas and Mindanao.
The focus then shifted to specialized sectors. Janice Medenilla (FSI Lead) provided deep insights into Financial Services, while April Calinawan (BDM) highlighted “The Software Shift,” marking our aggressive move toward digital innovation and software-driven growth.

Marketing and Compliance: The Standards of Growth

Desiree Ann Allado (Marketing Manager) energized the room with “The Voice of the Brand,” unveiling demand generation plans that will keep us top-of-mind. Meanwhile, Mayrine Derecho (Sr. Technical Manager – ICMG) anchored the discussion in “The Standard of Excellence,” navigating the complex regulatory landscapes that ensure our operations remain world-class.

Operational Excellence: The Backbone of the Business

The afternoon sessions delved into the technical and logistical core of the company:
• Infrastructure without Limits: Rochelle Camalig (MIaaS) discussed the growth of Managed Infrastructure.
• The Ground Force & Backbone: Mark Jesen Sodela and Michael Ramos updated the team on field operations and mission-critical Datacenter builds.
• Supply Chain Synergy: Marilyn Menta (Purchasing) and spokesperson Joem Rivera detailed procurement strategies, followed by Jeomar Callo (Logistics) and Myrene Parisan (Warehouse) on maintaining distribution speed and inventory integrity.

Strengthening the Foundation: Efficiency was a recurring theme.

Darryl Menta (Business Automation Manager) showcased how we are streamlining workflows through SAP technology, while Ronnie Bautista addressed operational stability and workplace efficiency.
Finally, the summit addressed our two most vital assets: Capital and Culture. Joseph Flores (Sr. Finance Manager) provided a transparent “Deep Dive” into our fiscal fortitude for 2026, and Marife Loste (Sr. HR Supervisor) reminded everyone that “Our People are Our Power,” focusing on talent retention and the vibrant culture that makes our “Act as One” mantra possible.

As we departed Tagaytay, one thing was clear: we aren’t just a collection of departments—we are a singular, synchronized force ready to conquer 2026.
