Strengthening Leadership Capabilities: A Strategic Gathering at Anya Resort Tagaytay!

On September 13, our dedicated leadership team convened for a dynamic half-day Leadership Development Training at the scenic Anya Resort in Tagaytay. The trainer was Ms. Liza Mapagu, CEO of Aseametrics. This event was a strategic initiative aimed at sharpening leadership capabilities, fostering collaborative strategies, and reinforcing our commitment to driving growth across all regions and sectors.

The session brought together our esteemed Sales Managers, each vital to expanding our market footprint and strengthening regional sales efforts. Among them was Dennis Manlapig, overseeing South Luzon and Bicol. Joining him were Llowen Miraflor, responsible for Bacolod and Iloilo in Western Visayas; Louie Rivera, managing North Luzon; and Jhunmar Nudalo, overseeing Cebu in Central Visayas.

Complementing our regional managers were our Sales Heads—Janice Medenilla for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, and JP Calimlim, overseeing Manila. Joana Angeles served as Jr. Marketing Officer.

The leadership session also featured key members of our core management team. Desiree Allado, Marketing Manager, Raymund Catiis, Technical Chief Officer; Charmaine Sentiles, Business Software Team Lead; Ronnie Baniqued, our General Manager; and Arman Menta, our President, highlighted the importance of cohesive leadership and strategic planning for sustainable growth. Arman Menta reaffirmed our company’s vision and emphasized the vital role of leadership at every level in achieving our long-term objectives.

This leadership development session not only strengthened interpersonal connections but also cultivated a culture of continuous learning and strategic thinking. It provided an excellent platform for leaders to share best practices, address challenges, and collaborate on innovative solutions to propel the company forward.
