On December 8, 2023, Macrologic once again upheld its cherished tradition of giving back to the community through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Recognizing the importance of social responsibility and community support, Macrologic distributed groceries to families residing near its main office in Bacoor, Cavite, as well as the community of Platinum Ville, Cavite. Macrologic 2023 Trick or Treat: A Spooktacular Celebration
Eerie whispers and haunting delights filled the air as Macrologic hosted its highly anticipated 2023 Halloween Trick or Treat event. The building transformed into a scene straight out of a spooky storybook, with children eagerly roaming the halls, their bags ready to be filled with an assortment of sweets and treats prepared by our enthusiastic employees. This marked the second year of our Halloween celebration, and it was nothing short of magical.

Business Planning 2022
The bustling world of technology shifts to another year as 2021 closes with a full plate of opportunities. Piles of year worth of projects had been rolled out. To keep with the pacing, Macrologic conducts its yearly business planning, gathering each business unit (BU) heads to discuss their department’s 2021 business goal review, the shifting to 2022 business goals, objectives of the team, strategies to compose, analysis of challenges currently faced, and assistance that would be needed from the management.
A start of a Decade
In an annual business planning conducted by Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc. held in The Bayleaf Cavite, last January 31 to February1, 2020, the top management lays out a decade plan comprising various strategies and objectives to start in the year 2020 until the end of 2029. Attended by the Business Unit and Department Heads from the five branches, the 2-day yearly strategic planning sets the first ever long term business goal of the company.

Information Technology has been in the rise for more than two decades (as I consider the start of my IT career in 1997) but its pinnacle is far from what the industry has achieved so far today. Looking back at its radical evolution, one may have difficulty catching up if you’re not part of such historic rise unless you network with IT practitioners that have been successfully cemented their space in the industry as an individual or as an organization in general.
